TheOldNet - This awesome website allows you to browse the web like it's the 90's again.
Wiby.me - A Google-like indexed search service dedicated to simple HTML and non-commercial websites. It also has a really fun 'Surprise Me!' function which will show you a completely random page.
Nathan's Toasty Technology page - Great resource for the Graphical User Interface of various Operating Systems along with some awesome Internet Explorer hate. I first discovered this website when I was researching what GeOS was after being given a disk from my Grandfather back in 2006.

Retro Tech

Phoenix AIM Server - An example of reverse-engineering at it's best! Chat with your friends using the old AIM and ICQ clients. I tested it out and wrote about it.
Steve's Computer Collection - A personal collection of vintage computers from the 70's onwards, accompanied with photos and plenty of information.
The Legacy PC Project - A guide to installing MS-DOS and Windows 3.11 for Workgroups on real hardware with downloads and plenty of other resources to get you started.
95 Is Alive - As the website describes, "For those who refuse to let go of Good Old Windows 95".
Windows 3.x Downloads - A collection of downloads for Windows 3.x systems.
Razorback95 - A testament to what the Internet used to be about, crreative freedom without ads or accounts. Also the creator of Windows remasters such as Windows 95D Lite or Redtoast.
Mac84.net - Where old macs go to reboot.

People

Matthew Furman On-line - A massive personal website in the style of the classic 'geocities' homepage of the late 90's/early 00's. I'd suggest spending some time exploring Matthews website as there is plenty of content on here.
Tau Ceti - Cool personal website that is being hosted on an old PowerMac, along with Quake servers.
1014.org - The personal blog of Justin Frankel, the creator of Gnutella and Winamp.

Fun

Space Jam - The official website for the Warner Bros. film.
Cybertown - I don't even know how to describe this one, you will just have to see for yourself.
South Park Scriptorium - An up-to-date resource on all things South Park, with web design that hasn't changed since the show premiered in 1997.
Shiftup.net Games - Just a small collection of flash games.
The Matrix RPG - A systemless sourcebook is a setting written to be used with any RPG.
Worlds.com - Explore virtual worlds and make friends.

Downloads

FalconFly 3dfx Archive - Direct X downloads, 3dfx Drivers and more. If you own a 3dfx card you will have to check this out.
ThemeWorld - Themes, icons, screensavers.
VOGONS Vintage Driver Library - Collection of hardware drivers by users of the VOGONS forums.
GameCopyWorld - PC Games cheats, No-CD patches, updates and more.
Old Games Download - Collection of old games.
